Explanation
Ren Shen, Bai Zhu, Fu Ling and Gan Cao: Invigorating Qi and strengthening the spleen.
Ze Xie,Zhu Ling, Fu Ling and Bai Zhu: Strengthening the spleen and promoting diuresis.
Shen Qu: Promoting digestion to remove stagnated food.
Mu Xiang, Sha Ren and Chen Pi: Regulating the activity of Qi to promote the function of the stomach.
Ge Gen: Removing pathogenic heat from the exterior, ascending the Qi of the spleen and stomach.
Ge Hua: Relieving alcoholism and refreshing the mind.
Bai Dou Kou: Resolving dampness and promoting the flow of qi, warming the spleen and stomach and arrest vomiting.
Qing Pi: Promoting the flow of qi and soothing the liver, breaking qi and resolving stagnation.
