Yinbai

Yinbai(SP1, 隐白) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Taiyin Spleen Meridian of Foot. Yinbai is the Jing-Well point of the spleen.

Meaning

Yin, hidden; bai, white The point is in a hidden region, where the color is white.

Location

On the medial side of the big toe, about 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail

Indication

Irregular menstruation, indigestion, mental disorder.

Method

Superficially 0.1 cun or peck into bleeding.
