Wailing(ST26,外陵) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Yangming Stomach Meridian of Foot.

Location

Lower abdomen, 1 cun below the umbilicus and 2 cun lateral to the midline.

Indication

• ①Abdominal pain, hernia;
• ②dysmenorrhea.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.7-1.2 inches. Moxibustion is applicable.
