Zhi Shi and Shao Yao

Explanation

Zhi Shi: Promoting the circulation of Qi, eliminating stagnancy and relieving distention and fullness in the epigastrium and abdomen.

Shao Yao: Tonifying blood.

Effect

Harmonize qi and blood stagnation.

Indications

Abdominal pain after delivery, sores and boils, abdominal distension.

Administration

The ingredients are ground into fine powder, 3 g of the powder is taken with porridge before going to bed, 3 times each day.
