Ingredients (with the same dose)

Explanation

Wu Zhu Yu: Dispelling cold and alleviating pain, checking adverse rise of qi and arresting vomiting, drying dampness.

Shan Zha: Promoting digestion and dissipating food stagnation.

Xiao Hui Xiang: Dispelling cold and alleviating pain, regulating qi and harmonizing the stomach.

Qing Mu Xiang: Promoting the flow of qi and alleviating pain, clearing heat and removing toxicity.

Cang Zhu: Drying dampness and strengthening the spleen.

Ju He: Promoting the circulation of Qi to treat hernia.

Qing Pi: Promoting the flow of qi and soothing the liver, breaking qi and resolving stagnation.

Wu Yao: Promoting the flow of qi and alleviating pain, warming the kidney and dispelling cold.

Effect

Dry dampness, regulate qi and alleviate pain.

All the drugs are pounded into fine powder. 6 g of the powder is taken with salt and wine on empty stomach.
