Ingredients
- Yan Hu Suo 30 g,
- Chuan Xiong 30 g,
- Niu Xi 45 g,
- Dang Gui 45 g,
- Ren Shen 45 g,
- Gan Di Huang 60 g.
Explanation
Yan Hu Suo: Activating blood, promoting the flow of qi to alleviate pain.
Niu Xi: Activating blood and dredging meridians, tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening tendon and bone, promoting diuresis and relieving stranguria, conducting fire (blood) to go downward.
Ren Shen: Powerfully reinforcing original qi, tonifying zang-organ qi, promoting the generation of body fluid to alleviate thirst.
Dang Gui: Tonifying blood and activating blood, alleviating pain and moistening intestines.
Sheng Di: Removing heat from the blood, arresting bleeding, nourishing Yin, reducing fever.
Chuan Xiong: Activating blood circulation and promoting the flow of qi, expelling wind to alleviate pain.
Indications
Postpartum shock.
Administration
Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
