Ingredients (with the same dose)

Explanation

Long Dan and Da Huang: Clearing heat and purging fire.

Qiang Huo: Dispelling liver wind.

Fang Feng: Dispersing wind pathogen to relieve exterior syndrome.

Chuan Xiong: Promoting the circulation of blood, dispersing pathogenic wind.

Chuan Xiong and Dang Gui: Tonifying liver blood and moistening liver.

Zhi Zi: Clearing away fire in the tri-Jiao, leading fire to go downward.

Effect

Swelling and pain of eyes, excessive liver-fire, flaccidity due to malnutrition of tendons, difficulty in lying on the back.

Administration

Decocted in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
