Ingredients

• Mu Xiang 15 g,
• Sha Ren 15 g,
• Zhi Shi 30 g,
• Bai Zhu 60 g.

Explanation

Zhi Shi: Promoting the flow of Qi, disintegrating masses and relieving fullness.

Bai Zhu: Invigorating Qi to strengthen the spleen.

Mu Xiang and Sha Ren: Regulating the activity of Qi to promote the function of the stomach.

Effect

Strengthen the spleen and relieve stuffiness, promote the flow of qi and stimulate the appetite.

Indications

Indigestion, choking sensation in chest, poor appetite, spleen deficiency.
