Ingredients

Explanation

Shi Gao: Removing heat and restlessness.

Gan Cao: Regulating the stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.

Gan Jiang: Warming the lung and dispelling cold so as to eliminate retained phlegm but also warming up the spleen-Yang so as to remove dampness.

Ding Xiang: Warming the stomach, dispelling pathogenic cold, checking the upward adverse flow of Qi, and arresting hiccup.

Hua Shi: Inducing diuresis to treat stranguria, clearing heat and summer-heat, dispelling dampness.

Bo He: Dispersing wind-heat, clearing the head, improving eyesight, relieving sore throat, expelling wind.

Er Cha: Activating blood and curing trauma, stopping bleeding, promoting regeneration and healing wound.

Sha Ren: Resolving dampness and promoting the flow of qi, warming middle energizer and arresting vomiting, checking diarrhea.

Rou Gui: Reinforcing fire and strengthening yang, dispelling cold to alleviate pain, warming meridians and collaterals.

Chen Pi: Promoting the flow of qi, arresting vomiting, drying dampness and resolving phlegm.

Mu Xiang: Promoting the flow of qi and alleviating pain.

Xiao Hui Xiang: Dispelling cold and alleviating pain, regulating qi and harmonizing the stomach.

Effect

Clear heat and relieve summer-heat, arrest vomiting, expel wind and strengthen the stomach.

Indications

Dizziness, indigestion, seasickness, nausea and vomiting, choking sensation in chest, vomit due to sunstroke, endemic.

Administration

Keep under tongue, 0.1~0.2 g per time.

Contraindication

It is contraindicated to pregnant women, infants and young children.
