Ingredients

• Mu Xiang 100 g,
• Sha Ren 100 g,
• Xiang Fu 100 g,
• Bing Lang 100 g,
• Gan Cao 50 g,
• Chen Pi 100 g,
• Hou Po 100 g,
• Zhi Qiao 100 g,
• Cang Zhu 100 g,
• Qing Pi 100 g.

Explanation

Mu Xiang and Xiang Fu: Soothing the liver and regulating qi, harmonizing the spleen and stomach to alleviate pain.

Hou Po and Qing Pi: Promoting the flow of qi, drying dampness, dissipating nodulation and removing stagnation.

Zhi Qiao and Bing Lang: Promoting the flow of qi, promoting digestion and soothing the chest.

Chen Pi and Sha Ren: Regulating qi, eliminating dampness and harmonizing the spleen and stomach.
