Ingredients

• Dang Gui 37.5 g,
• Chuan Xiong 50 g,
• Fang Feng 50 g,
• Tou Gu Cao 50 g,
• Tie Xie 10 g.

Explanation

Dang Gui: Tonifying and coordinating blood, regulating menstruation.

Chuan Xiong: Promoting the circulation of blood and removing the stagnation of Qi, thus preventing other sticky-natured tonics in this prescription from bringing about the stagnation of Qi and blood.

Tie Xie: Soothing the liver and relieving convulsion.

Tou Gu Cao: Dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, relaxing tendons, activating blood and alleviating pain.

Fang Feng: Dispelling wind and releasing exterior, expelling wind-damp, alleviating pain.
