Ingredients

• Huai Jiao 200 g,
• Di Yu Tan 100 g,
• Huang Qin 100 g,
• Zhi Qiao 100 g,
• Dang Gui 100 g,
• Fang Feng 100 g.

Explanation

Huai Jiao: The principal drug, cooling blood to stop bleeding.

Di Yu and Huang Qin: Clearing heat and drying dampness, cooling blood to stop bleeding.

Zhi Qiao: Promoting the circulation of qi and soothing the intestines, eliminating swelling.

Dang Gui: Tonifying and activating blood.

Fang Feng: Dispelling wind-damp.

Effect

Clearing the heat of intestines, dispel wind, cool blood to stop bleeding.

Indications

Hematochezia, swelling and pain caused by haemorrhoids.

Administration

All the drugs are ground into fine powder. The powder is made with honey into pills.
