Ingredients
- Gui Zhi 2.3 g,
- Shao Yao 2.3 g,
- Ma Huang 2.3 g,
- Zhi Gan Cao 2.3 g,
- Da Zao 4 dates,
- Sheng Jiang 3.1 g,
- Shi Gao 3 g.
Explanation
Gui Zhi: Expelling pathogenic factors from the muscles and skin by means of diaphoresis, warming the channels to dispel pathogenic cold.
Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating the spleen and stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.
Shao Yao: Tonifying blood and replenishing Yin.
Sheng Jiang: Dispersing wind-cold.
Ma Huang: Relieving superficies syndrome by means of diaphoresis, facilitating the flow of the lung-Qi to stop asthma.
Da Zao: Invigorating the spleen-Qi, relieving the liver depression, treating deficiency of the heart.
Shi Gao: Removing heat and restlessness.
Effect
Relieve exterior syndrome by means of diaphoresis, clear internal heat.
Administration
Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
