The Prescription of Fuzi Lizhong Wan

Ingredients

• Ren Shen 9 g,
• Bai Zhu 9 g,
• Gan Jiang 9 g,
• Gan Cao 9 g,
• Fu Zi 9 g.

Explanation

Fu Zi and Gan Jiang: The principal drugs, warming up Yang-Qi, dispelling pathogenic cold.

Ren Shen: Invigorating primodial Qi, aiding in transporting and transforming nutrients and regulating the ascending and descending movement of Qi.

Bai Zhu: Strengthening the spleen and drying dampness.

Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating the spleen and stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.

Effect

Warm yang and dispel cold, tonify qi and strengthen the spleen.

Administration

Decocted in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
