Ingredients
- Cang Zhu 60 g,
- Xiang Fu 60 g,
- Zhi Qiao 60 g,
- Chen Pi 45 g,
- Fu Ling 45 g,
- Dan Nan Xing 30 g,
- Gan Cao 30 g.
Explanation
Fu Ling and Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating Qi and strengthening the spleen.
Chen Pi: Regulating the flow of Qi and stomach, removing dampness and dissolving phlegm.
Cang Zhu: Drying dampness and invigorating spleen, dispelling wind-dampness.
Xiang Fu: Soothing liver and regulating qi, regulating menorrhea and alleviating pain.
Zhi Qiao: Promoting the flow of qi, soothing the chest and middle energizer, relieving distention.
Dan Nan Xing: Clearing and resolving heat-phlegm, extinguishing wind and relieving convulsion.
Effect
Promote the flow of qi, remove dampness and resolve phlegm.
Indications
Excessive phlegm and qi deficiency of fat people.
Administration
All the drugs are ground into fine powder. The powder is made with ginger juice and Shen Qu into pills.
