Bai He 100 g.
Explanation
Bai He: Nourishing yin of lung and heart, clearing heat of lung and heart, relieving cough and dispelling phlegm, calming the heart and inducing tranquilization.

Bai He is soaked in water for a night. Use the water to wash the body.
