Shenfeng(KI23,神封) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Shaoyin Kidney Meridian of Foot.

Location

In the 4th intercostals space, 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline.

Indication

• ①Fullness sensation in the chest and hypochondrium, bronchitis, asthma;
• ②mammary abscesses;
• ③vomiting.

Method

Puncture obliquely 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
