Tianquan

Tianquan(PC2,天泉) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Jueyin Pericardium Meridian of Hand.

Location

2 cun directly below the anterior end of the axillary fold, just between the long and short heads of biceps brachii.

Indication

• ①Precordial pain, bronchitis, distension and pain in the chest and hypochondrium, and other diseases of the lung and heart;
• ②pain in the back and chest, pain in the medial aspect of the arm.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-0.7 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
