Actions

Expel wind-damp, strengthen tendons and bones, alleviate pain and resolve swelling.

Indications

Stomach, sores and boils, rheumatic arthritis, sores and weakness of waist and knees, muscular constriction and numbness in lower limbs.

Dosage and administration

Decoct 9~15 g, or soaked in wine. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded into powder for applying.

Cations

It is contraindicated for yin-deficiency with excessive heat. Avoid eating raddish when using it.
