Naoshu

Naoshu(SI10,臑俞) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian of Hand.

Location

On the posterior aspect of the shoulder, directly above Jianzhen(SI9), in the depression below the spine of the scapular.

Indication

• ①Pain in the shoulder and arm;
• ②scrofula.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-1.0 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
