Tianfu

Tianfu (LU3, 天府) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Taiyin Lung Meridian of Hand.

Location

On the radial border of biceps brachii, 3 cun below the end of the anterior axillary fold.

Innervation

The lateral brachial cutaneous nerve at the place where the musculocutaneous nerve passes through.

Indication

• ①Bronchitis, asthma, epistaxis, and other lung diseases；
• ②goiter；
• ③pain in the upper arm.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-1 inch.
