Actions

Dispel wind-heat, refresh oneself, promote digestion, resolve phlegm, stop dysentery and remove polydipsia.

Indications

Headache, toothache, dysentery, polydipsia due to heat disease, tinnitus, red eyes.

Dosage and administration

Decoct 3~9 g, or made into pills. Proper dosage is for external application, decocted for washing or pounded for applying.

Cations

It is contraindicated for deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach.
