Naohu

Naohu(GV17,脑户) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Governor Vessel.

Location

On the back of the head, 2.5 cun above the nuddle of the posterior hairline. 1.5 cun above Fengfu(GV16).

Indication

• ①Vertigo ,neck rigidity ;
• ②loss of voice;
• ③epilepsy.

Method

Puncture subcutaneously 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
