Baihuanshu

Baihuanshu(BL30,白环俞) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Taiyang Bladder Meridian of Foot.

Location

1.5 cun lateral to the midline, just level with the 4th posterior sacral foramen.

Indication

• ①Enuresis, seminal emission;
• ②irregular menstruation, leukorrhagia;
• ③hernia;
• ④lower back pain.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.8-1.2 inches.
