Zhonglushu

Zhonglushu(BL29,中膂俞) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Taiyang Bladder Meridian of Foot.

Location

1.5 cun lateral to the midline, just level with the 2nd posterior sacral foramen.

Indication

• ①Diarrhea;
• ②hernia;
• ③lower back pain.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.8-1.2 inches. Moxibustion is applicable.
