Ingredients

• Huang Qin 6 g,
• Shao Yao 6 g,
• Gan Cao 6 g,
• Da Zao 12 dates.

Explanation

Huang Qin: Clearing heat and checking diarrhea.

Shao Yao: Astringing yin and alleviating pain.

Gan Cao and Da Zao: Harmonizing the stomach and spleen.

Effect

Clear heat and check diarrhea, harmonize the spleen and stomach, alleviate pain.

Indications

Typhoid fever, abdominal pain with diarrhea, bitter taste.

Administration

Decocted in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
