Tian Gua Zi: Dissipating nodulation and eliminating stasis.
Xu Duan, Gu Sui Bu, Tu Bie Chong and Zi Ran Tong: Strengthening tendons and bones.
San Leng and Jiang Huang: Breaking blood and promoting the flow of qi.
Gan Cao: Tempering the actions of all the other ingredients and alleviating pain.
Zhi Qiao, Mu Tong, Fang Feng and Jie Geng: Regulating qi and dredging meridians, promoting the circulation of blood.

Indications
Traumatic injury, swelling and pain of blood stasis, fracture, sudden sprain in the lumbar region, breaking of muscle and tendon, pain in the chest when breathing.
Contraindication
It is contraindicated to pregnant women.
