Ingredients

Explanation

Sheng Di: Being sweet and bitter in taste and cold in nature, nourishing Yin and enriching blood.

Tian Dong and Mai Dong: Being sweet in taste and cold and moist in nature, clearing away fire of deficiency type.

Wu Wei Zi: Astringing the lung to relieve cough.

Zi He Che, Lu Rong, Rou Cong Rong, Shan Yu Rou and Gou Qi: Tonifying the kidney, supplementing blood and essence.

Gui Ban: Activating the flow of Qi through the Ren channels to replenish Yin.

Tiger Bone: Expelling wind and dredging meridians, strengthening the tendons and bones.

Ze Xie and Fu Ling: Promoting water matebolism and inducing diuresis.

Shan Yao: Tonifying qi, nourishing yin, and tonifying the spleen, lung and kidney.

Du Zhong and Niu Xi: Expelling wind-dampness and reinforcing the liver and kidney.

Dang Gui: Nourishing blood and activating the flow of it.

Mu Dan Pi: Clearing heat and cooling blood, activating blood and resolving stasis, reducing deficiency heat.

Tu Si Zi: Tonifying the kidney, nourishing essence, nourish the liver to improve vision, reducing urination and stopping leukorrhagia, tonifying the spleen to check diarrhea.

Bu Gu Zhi: Warming the kidney and tonifying yang, securing essence and reducing urination, and warming the spleen to check diarrhea, relieving dyspnea.
