On the low back, below the spinous process of the 4th lumbar vertebra, 3 cun lateral to the posterior midline.

Indications

Lumbago, frequency of micturition, irregular menstruation.

Method

Perpendicular insertion 0.5~1 cun. Moxibustion is applicable.
