The tumor is the neoformation from unusual hyperplasia of the cell in part of the body under the effect of tumorigenesis factors, often manifested as local tumor. These tumor cells have unusual patterns and function of metabolize.

Therapeutic principles

  • 1 Choose foods of diversity and rich in nutrition and the vegetable ones. Vegetables and fruits, beans and roughwrought starches.

  • 2 Control the total calories intake, keep physical training, and avoid the low weight and overweight.

  • 3 Change the vegetables and fruits based on season changing, making their contribution of the total calories no more than 7%, the weight of the vegetables and fruits are within 400 to 800g(beans and starchy vegetables and fruits are not included).

  • 4 Food that are rich in starch and protein should be roughwrought and contribute to 45%~60% of total calories, refined sugar should provide heat calories below the total 10%. Everyday one should intake a variety of cereals, beans, root as to 600~800 g, and all roughwrought.

  • 6 Make the daily intake of red meat (pork, beef, mutton and relevant products) below 10% of total calories, i.e.daily intake should be below 80 grams. Fish, poultry or non-domesticated animals meat are better choice.

  • 7 The intake of fat should be 15%~30% of total calories, avoid eating too much fatty food, especially the food from animals with much fat, choose appropriate amount of vegetable oil, unsaturated vegetable oil would be the best.

  • 8 Smoked, salted and burnt food should not be eaten and so as the mould affected food stored in room temperature for a long time.

  • 9 Don't drink stagnant water in pond, drink tap water or well water.

  • 10 chose the foods rich in vitamin C, E and B, and rich in selenium, zinc and other minerals, food supplements are not recommended.
