Jianwaishu(SI14,肩外俞) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian of Hand.
Location
3 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra, Taodao(GV13).
Indication
Pain in the shoulder and back, stiffness of the neck and nape.
Method
Puncture obliquely 0.5~0.8 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
