Ingredients

Explanation

Shan Yao: Tonify qi, nourish yin, and tonify spleen, lung and kidney.

Niu Xi: Activate blood and dredge meridians, tonify the liver and kidney, strengthen tendon and bone.

Tu Si Zi: Tonify the kidney, nourish essence, nourish liver to improve vision, tonify spleen to check diarrhea.

Sheng Di: Nourish yin and clear heat.

Shan Zhu Yu: Warm up and tonify the kidney and liver, arrest seminal emission.

Ze Xie: Induce diuresis and drain dampness, purge heat.

Fu Ling: Induce diuresis, aiding Shan Yao in strengthening the spleen.

Rou Cong Rong: Tonify the kidney yang, supplement essence and blood.

Ba Ji Tian: Tonify kidney-yang, strengthen tendons and bones.

Wu Wei Zi: Secure essence, replenish qi and nourish kidney, promote the generation of fluid.

Du Zhong: Tonify the liver and kidney, strengthen tendons and bones.

Chi Shi Zhi: Astringe intestines to check diarrhea, astringe to stop bleeding, astringe leukorrhagia.

Administration

All the drugs are pounded into fine powder. The powder is made with honey into pills. 20 pills are taken each time with wine, twice a day.

Contraindication

Avoid eating vinegar, garlic and smelly food.
