Suliao

Suliao(GV25,素髎) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Governor Vessel.

Location

On the midline at the tip of the nose.

Indication

• ①Coma, convulsion and syncope, neonatal asphyxia, shock, respiratory failure;
• ②rhinorrhea, epistaxis.

Method

Oblique insertion 0.3～0.5 cun upwards, or prick to bleed.
