气海俞

Qihaishu

Qihaishu(BL24,气海俞) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Taiyang Bladder Meridian of Foot.

Location

1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 3rd lumber vertebra(L3).

Indication

• ①Borborygmus;
• ②abdominal distension, dysmenorrhea;
• ③lower back pain.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.8-1.2 inches. Moxibustion is applicable.
