歸來

Guilai

Guilai(ST29,归来) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Yangming Stomach Meridian of Foot.

Location

Lower abdomen, 4 cun below the umbilicus, 2 cun lateral to the midline.

Indication

• ①Lower abdominal distension, hernia;
• ②irregular menstruation, leucorrheal, prolapse of uterus.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.7-1.2 inches. Moxibustion is applicable.
