Ingredients
- Dang Gui 45 g,
- Shao Yao 45 g,
- Zhi Gan Cao 30 g,
- Tong Cao 30 g,
- Gui Zhi 45 g,
- Xi Xin 45 g,
- Sheng Jiang 125 g,
- wu Zhu Yu 140 g,
- Da Zao 25 dates.
Explanation
Dang Gui: Nourishing blood and activating the flow of it.
Gui Zhi: Warming the channels to promote the circulation of blood.
Bai Shao: Enriching blood and regulating Ying.
Xi Xin: Promoting the circulation of blood through the channels to disperse pathogenic cold.
Da Zao and Zhi Gan Cao: Replenishing the spleen-Qi and tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.
Tong Cao: Removing obstructions from the channels.
Wu Zhu Yu: Warming the stomach to disperse cold, removing stagnated food, descending Qi to lower the turbid.
Sheng Jiang: Warming the stomach to purge cold.
Effect
Tonify blood and dredge meridians, dispel cold and direct qi downward.
Administration
Decocoted in 1200 ml water and 1200 ml sake for oral dose to be taken 5 times a day.
