- Zhi Qiao 120 g,
- Hou Po 10 g.
Explanation
Su Mu: Activating blood and curing trauma, dispelling stasis and dredging meridians.
Chen Pi: Promoting the flow of qi, drying dampness and resolving phlegm.
Zhi Qiao: Promoting the flow of qi, soothing the chest and middle energizer, relieving distention.
Mang Xiao: Softening hardness with purgative, clearing heat and relieving swelling.
Dang Gui and Hong Hua: Activating blood flow to remove blood stasis, subduing swelling and relieving pain.
Gan Cao: Tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.
Mu Tong: Clearing heart-fire, promoting diuresis and stimulating the menstrual flow.
Da Huang: Removing accumulation with purgative, clearing heat and purging fire, cooling blood to stop bleeding, removing toxicity, activating blood and dispelling stasis.
Hou Po: Drying dampness and promoting the flow of qi.
Effect
Eliminate blood stasis.
Contraindication
It is contraindicated to pregnant women and children.
