Ingredients

• Shu Di 30 g,
• Dang Gui 15 g,
• Bai Shao 15 g,
• Shan Yu Rou 15 g.

Explanation

Shu Di: Nourishing yin, enriching blood, supplementing essence of the kidney.

Dang Gui: Tonifying and coordinating blood, regulating menstruation.

Bai Shao: Nourishing blood and astringing Yin.

Shan Zhu Yu: Tonifying the liver and kidney, securing essence, astringing sweat and stopping bleeding.

Effect

Tonify the kidney and nourish blood.

Indications

Kidney and blood deficiency, weakness, barreness.

Administration

Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
