关门

Guanmen

Guanmen(ST22,关门) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Yangming Stomach Meridian of Foot.

Location

On the epigastrium, 3 cun above the umbilicus, 2 cun lateral to the midline.

Indication

Distending pain in the abdomen, borborygmus,diarrhea, and other diseases of the stomach and intestines.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.8-1.0 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
