俠白

Xiabai

Yunmen (LU4, 侠白) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Taiyin Lung Meridian of Hand.

Location

On the radial border of biceps brachii, 4 cun below the end of the anterior axillary fold or 5 cun above the transverse cubital crease.

Vasculature

The cephalic vein and muscular branches of the brachial artery and vein.

Innervation

The lateral brachial cutaneous nerve at the place where the musculo-cutaneous never passes through.

Indication

• ①Bronchitis, asthma, retching, and other lung diseases;
• ②pain in the upper arm.

Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-1 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
